In shipments to Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, the buyer will assume all costs and the special tax that generates shipping.
Products sent to Spain (except the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla) will have the V.A.T. added (21%).
The prices shown will always be the current prices, except typographical errors. 

4.3.- Export Business 

These conditions are not applied to export transactions, which have separate sales conditions. However, if the products supplied are exported by the client, the client will be exclusively responsible for obtaining any licence and for fulfilling any exportation rule applied in Spain and in any country where the product is destined, with having no responsibility whatsoever in case of re-exportation of our products to third parties breaking any applicable exportation law.

4.6.- Guarantees    

All products in have undergone exhaustive quality controls, however should the client find any type of manufacturing flaw, by notifying it to, it will be replaced for a new model quickly and with no cost, after returning the flawed product. The present contract is governed by Spanish legislation that will be applied in that which is not specified in this contract regarding interpretation, validity and execution.
Both parties expressly waive the jurisdiction that could correspond to them, and expressly submit to the legal institutions of Murcia, Spain, the solution of any dispute that could arise from the interpretation or execution of the present contractual conditions.
